Originally from Israel, Oz studied Computer Science then worked in the computer industry for many years helping companies reach international markets and generating new fruitful leads which would expand business and exceed their financial goals. A board member at the Israeli Export Institute, and Partner and CEO of his own technology company, he acutely honed not only his diverse background in strategic business development, fundraising, marketing and sales, but his effectiveness in spearheading successful joint ventures, investor relations and fundraising efforts. “Successful buyers, sellers and investors always have a professional, accomplished and dedicated real estate expert behind them who understands the technological changes affecting the industry, mainly the Internet, as well as how structural market changes have impacted revenues, costs and profitability in all aspects of the real estate industry,” says Oz, who seamlessly guides his clients through the process with his attentive, informative and outgoing approach. Currently a resident in the Tribeca area, Oz also lived in Soho, Financial District and on the Upper West Side. While highly focused on his clients and his work, he also enjoys time at the gym, cycling, and walking his beloved dog around town every chance he gets.
Meet Valerie S. Haboush
Marketing Communications A marketing communications specialist since 1984, Valerie Haboush provides clients with the most timely and high-quality copywriting services. Adhering to utmost professionalism, creativity, and sensitivity to budgets/deadlines, she carries out any job – whether a brochure, newsletter, press release, website or other marketing vehicle – to total client satisfaction. Valerie’s diverse and seasoned background gives her a unique edge, enabling competent service to a wide variety of industries. A New York University Magna Cum Laude graduate with a B.A. degree in Journalism, she first gained public relations/advertising expertise as senior account executive at a top NYC agency, Bozell & Jacobs, serving prestigious consumer accounts including Sea World of Florida, North American Philips, Russell Sportswear and Citibank. She then joined the client side in the corporate communications department of the major NYC CPA firm, Coopers & Lybrand. Valerie later cultivated her advertising and sales promotion skills as senior creative writer for Manhattan-based Diamond Promotion Group composing sales materials for major clients such as American Express, Pepsico, Nestle Foods, Norcliff-Thayer, L’Oreal, J&B, Paddington Corp., Foster’s Lager, and Guinness Import Company. In 1988, Valerie founded her freelance business working with many former associates who ultimately became ongoing clients. Today she writes for a number of major corporations as well as small businesses, business organizations and charitable groups, namely Ricoh Corporation, Picatinny Federal Credit Union, Young Presidents Organization, among others. She is also renowned within the real estate industry, in which she’s specialized since 1992, as a sought-after marketing writer for leading brokerage companies, developers, construction and architectural firms in New York City, Long Island, Palm Beach and other markets nationwide, with The Corcoran Group Real Estate, Prudential Douglas Elliman, Halstead Property, Century 21, and Kara Homes among her impressive client roster. A native New Yorker, Valerie currently resides in historic Plainfield, New Jersey.
